Plaster Casting

Plaster itself may be cast, as can other chemical setting materials such as concrete or plastic resin. Single-use waste molds or multiple-use piece moulds can be used, as can flexible material moulds such as rubber latex or silicone rubber.

Metal Casting

Metal casting involves pouring molten metal into the mould and allowing it to solidify. There are three principle methods of casting metals, which are;
  1. Low melt casting
  2. Lost wax casting
  3. Sand casting
Need a Mould but don't know how to tackle it?

Moulding

Flexible Moulds;

Flexible moulds are made of soft materials like silicone, latex or flexible polyurethanes.

Rigid Moulds;

Rigid moulds made of fibreglass, polyurethane or plaster may be supplied as required.

All type of moulds are made in as many parts as the item to be moulded demands.

Casting

Casting is a process in which a liquid is poured into a negative mould where it hardens into a solid part.

Casting is useful for reproducing complex shapes that are difficult or uneconomical to make by other methods.

Casting materials range from precious metals like silver or gold to pewter and plastices such as polyurethane or polyester resin. Various other cold setting compounds like cement and plaster are popular.
All these materials are used by a wide range of professionals and hobbyists for making products as diverse as dentures, toys, prototypes, picture frames and automotive parts.

The possibilities are endless.
